I'm a mom, photographer, doula, traveler and geek. I love motherhood and childbirth and watching families come into their own. I also love Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel and Disney.
My children helped ignite my passion for photography as they are clearly adorable and need to be photographed ALL THE TIME.
I feel that every family deserves timeless photos of the fleeting moments of childhood. (Do you see that big kid over there--> he was a newborn like, yesterday, I'm quite sure of it.) Birth photography is a particular passion of mine as I feel there is NO moment as truly "once in a lifetime" as the birth of a child. It's humbling and exhilarating all at once. There is also something special about providing families with memories from the very beginning of their little one's childhood to the time when their little birds are ready to leave the nest.
We are a homeschooling family that has traveled the world and love meeting new people and experiencing the world from as many perspectives as possible. Before we set off on our globe trotting journey, we lived in FL and I worked as a photographer for Walt Disney World for 5 years which was a bucket list item for a Disney/Photography nerd like myself. Now we have settled in the Raleigh area and are looking forward to making this area our new home.
